Why an annual maintenance contract makes financial sense

Many equipment failures can be prevented. Scheduled preventive maintenance, calibration and electrical safety inspection catch worn parts, measurement drift and leakage-current faults before they take a device out of service. That costs far less than emergency repair, rental equipment and cancelled procedures. An annual contract also:

Keeps you survey-ready. Documented inspections support Joint Commission and CMS equipment-management requirements and NFPA 99 electrical safety, with every service report available online.
Makes costs predictable. One budgeted annual price replaces unplanned hourly repair invoices.
Puts you first in line. Contract customers receive priority dispatch, so their repair calls are scheduled ahead of non-contract requests.
Covers the device in this request. Equipment you are asking us to service today is included in the contract quote, so this visit can become the start of a managed program instead of a one-time call.
Extends equipment life. Devices maintained to the manufacturer’s schedule last longer and hold their resale and trade-in value.

Photos help our technicians diagnose the problem, bring the right parts, and often complete the repair on the first visit. Please upload clear photos of the equipment, any error codes or messages shown on the screen, and any broken, cracked, or damaged parts. Most important, include a close-up of the serial number tag (the manufacturer’s label showing the model and serial number) so we can confirm the exact model, configuration, and service history before we arrive.

Terms I understand this request is for one-time service. Any annual contract quote is a separate proposal that requires my organization’s approval. Labor is billed at $150 per hour. Parts, travel, and shipping will be quoted separately. No work begins until my organization approves a written estimate.
